We stand behind Pinkies completely. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, reach out and we'll make it right — no hoops, no hassle.
HOW IT WORKS
Email us at info@pinkieswraps.com within 30 days of your order date. Tell us what happened. We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Because Pinkies are a skin-contact product, we do not require you to return used wraps. Keep them, toss them — it's on us.
WHAT'S COVERED
All Pinkies products purchased directly at pinkieswraps.com are covered. The guarantee applies once per customer per order.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
Orders placed through third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy. We cannot process refunds for purchases made outside of pinkieswraps.com.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We'll ship a replacement at no charge.
